Dynaris Return Policy

Due to the nature of medical devices and hygiene considerations, Dynaris maintains a limited return policy for all products.

 

1. Unopened Products

Products may be returned for a full refund if they meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original, unopened packaging
  • The tamper seal remains intact
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

2. Opened or Used Products

If the product packaging has been opened or the tamper seal has been broken:

  • The product is generally not eligible for a refund
  • Returns may not be accepted due to safety, hygiene, and regulatory considerations

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product is defective or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact Dynaris within 7 days of delivery
  • Our team will evaluate the issue and arrange for replacement or service if applicable

Dynaris devices are  prescription-only and must be used under the direction of a physician.
For safety and regulatory reasons, Dynaris reserves the right to deny returns or refunds for products that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
